The following routes are available for this service:
GET,OPTIONS/v3/l10n/translations/system/{Locale}/{ObjID*}
GET,OPTIONS/v3/l10n/translations/xml/{Locale}/{ObjID*}

POST,OPTIONS/v3/l10n/translations/submit/xml/{ObjID*}

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .csv suffix or ?format=csv
